From a very young age, I’ve believed people can be MORE than they believe they are!
My work is rooted in the belief that everyone has a creative spark waiting to be ignited. After years of working as a social worker and registered along side thousands of healthcare professionals, I saw the toll that stress and burnout takes. Since 2014, I’ve made it my mission to provide tools and experiences that encourage renewal and hope.
